What is on it

The site describes a coaching practice. It is there to tell you what I do and to let you get in touch, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and is not a substitute for either.
Reading this site, or sending me a message through it, does not create a coaching relationship.

If we work together

Coaching is governed by a separate written agreement which we both sign before anything begins. That agreement sets out the sessions, the fee, cancellation, confidentiality and your right to change your mind. If anything on this website appears to contradict it, the agreement is what counts.

The content

The words, images and design on this site are mine or used with permission. You are welcome to quote a short passage with attribution, or to send someone a link. Please do not reproduce the site, or substantial parts of it, as your own.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not mine and I am not responsible for what is on it.

Availability

I will keep the site up and accurate as best I can, but I cannot promise it will always be available or always current. Nothing here is an offer that can be accepted simply by agreeing to it.

Which law applies

Italian law governs these terms and the Italian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep whatever protections your own country gives you, and nothing here takes those away.
